TisasNG is a Reward-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform that enables businesses (“Clients”) to design and run reward-based campaigns, including promotions, loyalty programs, and engagement initiatives.

TisasNG operates solely as a technology and infrastructure provider and does not act as the promoter or sponsor of campaigns hosted by its Clients unless expressly stated.

The platform enables businesses to:

• Issue digital tokens
• Distribute voucher codes
• Run promotions and engagement campaigns
• Offer cashback and rewards

3. Use of the Platform

By using TisasNG, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or misuse the system

TisasNG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is detected.

4. Campaigns & Promotions

All campaigns hosted on TisasNG are created and managed by independent Clients.

The Client is solely responsible for:

• Campaign design and structure
• Prize funding and fulfillment
• Regulatory compliance and approvals (where required)

TisasNG:

• Provides the infrastructure for campaign execution
• Does not guarantee any reward or outcome

Participation in any campaign is subject to the specific Terms & Conditions provided by the respective Client.

5. Rewards & Winnings

• Rewards are issued based on campaign rules defined by Clients
• Cashback values are determined by participating businesses
• Redemption may be subject to validation and verification
• TisasNG reserves the right to reverse fraudulent or invalid transactions

All claims relating to rewards must be directed to the campaign promoter.

6. No Purchase Necessary

Where applicable, campaigns hosted on TisasNG may include free participation options.

Participants are advised to review each campaign’s Terms & Conditions for full details on entry methods and eligibility.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate user accounts if:

• Fraudulent activity or abuse is detected
• These Terms are violated
• Suspicious or harmful activity is identified

8. Data Privacy

By using TisasNG, you consent to the collection and use of your information for:

• Platform functionality
• Campaign participation
• Communication purposes

We are committed to protecting user data in line with applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TisasNG shall not be liable for:

• Campaign errors or failures by partner brands
• Delays caused by third-party providers
• Losses resulting from misuse of the platform
• Any outcomes related to participation in campaigns

All platform content, systems, technology, and branding remain the property of TisasNG and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

TisasNG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
