Create an account via our platform, set up your reward structure, and start gifting tokens or generating your vouchers.

To fund your account (Gifting Wallet), log into your dashboard and follow these steps:

1. Select Fund Wallet or Deposit
2. Enter the amount you want to add
3. Click Pay Now
4. Complete the payment via Paystack using your preferred method

Once successful, your wallet will be credited instantly and you can begin gifting tokens, generating voucher codes or activating campaigns.

👉 Wallet funding is secure and processed instantly.

Yes. For larger transactions, you can fund your wallet via direct bank transfer.

To do this:
1. Log into your dashboard
2. Go to Wallet and select Direct Deposit
3. Use the provided bank account details to make your transfer

After payment:
• Send your proof of payment to support@tisasng.com
• Include your Merchant ID (e.g. PuI3dQ2)

👉 Once confirmed, your wallet will be credited promptly.

It means TisasNG provides the underlying system that powers how rewards are issued, redeemed, tracked, and managed — without you needing to build anything from scratch.

You can deploy digital tokens, voucher codes, cashback systems, gamified rewards, and hybrid campaigns — all within one unified platform.

Important to Note: TisasNG does not run campaigns. As a reward infrastructure, the platform powers whatever campaign or promotion you want to lauch. You decide the what action qualifies for your reward (e.g. purchase, referral, social sharing, signup), attach a reward (tokens/vouchers) to be given, and start distributing the rewards to those that meet your triggers. Tracks and capture data for futuer personlized marketing.

Yes. Voucher codes are designed for this. The codes can be printed on branded materials or on gift cald and distributed to customers and redeemed digitally, allowing you to connect offline transactions to your digital reward system.

Yes. You can combine cashback + draws; cashback + Spin for gamification; draws or Spin + CSR campaign to create a richer and more engaging customer experience.

To set up your Spin-to-Win campaign:

1. Log into your dashboard
2. Select Spin to Win from the menu
3. Open Spin Settings
4. Toggle ON the Spin Engine Status to activate your spin system

Note: A one-time setup fee will be deducted automatically from your Gifting Wallet upon activation.

Next:
• Configure your reward wheel sections (up to 12 slots)
• Assign rewards and set their respective win probabilities

For balanced gameplay, ensure the total probability of all active rewards equals 100%.

Once setup is complete, share your unique Spin URL or QR Code with customers to start engaging them.

To setup your Sweepstakes or Draw campaign:

1. Log into your dashboard
2. Select Sweepstakes Menu
3. Click Sweepstakes → Settings
4. Toggle ON the Draw Status button to activate your draw engine
5. Configure your draw settings including:

• Number of winners per draw
• Draw frequency or campaign period
• Campaign rules and qualification requirements

6. Generate or distribute your tokens/vouchers to customers
7. Customers redeem the tokens to qualify or enter the draw
8. Winners are selected automatically based on your configured settings

Once your campaign is active, you can monitor participation and engagement directly from your dashboard.

Cashback is the instant value (small amount) a customer gets as a reward from a businesses after they: make a purchase or complete an action. It is delivered in redeemable tokens or voucher codes. 👉 So instead of just “buy and go,” it becomes: Buy → Get Token → Redeem → Receive Cashback

To configure cashback for your account:

1. Log into your dashboard
2. Go to Settings
3. Locate the Cashback section
4. Enter your preferred cashback amount (cashback value per token or voucher)
5. Click Save Cashback

Note: The minimum cashback value is ₦5 per token/voucher.

Every token gifted or voucher generated from your account will carry this cashback value upon successful redemption.

Users can accumulate their cashback rewards, use them for services (like airtime/data), withdraw to their bank, or donate to supported social causes.

Yes. Businesses define cashback values, prizes, conditions or triggers, and distribution logic based on their objectives and budget.

Yes. All codes, transactions, and reward flows are secured with encryption, real-time validation, and fraud detection systems.

All draws and reward outcomes are executed using system-controlled logic with no human interference, ensuring transparency and verifiability.
